Consult on Food Videography Set-up

I have started an Instagram food channel and have created a small 10x10 prep area to cook/shoot in. It has one small window on the north wall which I cover with curtain since it is in an alley, so very little natural light.

I have been shooting with my iPhone 15 and though I'm told it can shoot the same quality as dedicated video cameras I am not sold.

I'd like to find someone with experience doing food videography who can 1) advice me on best videography camera for my needs within a budget and teach me how to use that to set up shots for food OR 2) show me how to do the same with iPhone and b) advice on which lights to purchase/set up in the space and 3) give me some basic input into how to create the types of videography from insta food accounts I can share as reference. I don't think this is more than a day but would like someone with the requisite and demonstrable experience.
