Hello.
I need a webpage (or some sort of process for easy, regular use for multiple users) where we can drop in a PDF document and it will convert it into an excel doc. The pdf documents will be in the same format: an example page what it looks like is attached "Test" and I have attached what I want the excel document created to look like using that data - see "Test - output desired" spreadsheet.
In summary, this process therefore needs to:
- Be an automated process, i.e a webpage multiple users can access to drop the pdf into and an excel doc auto downloads.
- Converts the 'code' in the left column of pdf e.g "Gr1 choices" to just "Gr1" and then add the location e.g "Garage" [Note: I will provide all the possible code/output location text separately]
- Highlight the row where it contains the words ⚠ Significant issue or ⚠ Urgent
- Have a column of 'no' / 'yes' - default as 'no' to allow them to change to yes when complete, to allow a filter to just show the 'no' outstanding items
