We are looking for a Copywriter / Creative Strategist with at least 4 years experience in the creation of organic short-form social media video content.
We are a high performing video content production agency specializing in creating organic social media video content for personal brands.
Applying candidates must show a comprehensive portfolio of *organic short form social media video content* as well as results driven from that content in the form of views and engagement and if possible, revenue.
The following are our MUST HAVE criteria:
- Experience leading creative teams inside of a marketing agency
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Highly detailed oriented
- Deep understanding of short form video content
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms
- Previous experience creating or strategizing viral videos (500,000 views minimum)
- A very keen eye for creative output
- Video editing experience preferred
- Professional verbal and written client communication skills
- Funnel building and monetization skills preferred
This is a salary + performance bonus position.
