We are looking for just four individuals to take a distance learning course that is also a regulated qualification which will sit will on your CV. . You will receive the qualification, assess the course platform (which may be online or via documents) and provide a review of the course content, user experience and process. Your insights will help us improve both the course and the learning platforms.
Course choices are Digital Promotion for Business, Mental Health First Aid, Understanding Climate Change and Environmental Awareness and Understanding specific learning difficulties
Responsibilities:
Enrol in and complete the assigned online course.
Navigate the platform to test usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Identify and report any technical issues, bugs, or areas for improvement.
Evaluate the course content, structure, clarity, and effectiveness.
Complete feedback form on completion of the course.
Requirements:
Able to complete the course within 1 month (should take approximately 5-8 hours)
Good attention to detail and ability to provide clear feedback.
Previous experience with online learning platforms is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or mobile device.
