Create 3 Geometric Patterned Files

Attached are 3 designs that I need modified and converted into 3 separate DXF files.
Each DXF needs to be the size 66-1/2" x 36"
The new files need to look similar to the attached but not exactly the same.
The new designs must differ from the attached files.
The new designs must have a 2" solid border around.
The new designs must be patternable horizontally.
All geometric shapes shall not be larger than 3.5" or smaller than 1"
All gaps between shapes shall not exceed 4" and shall not be smaller that 1"
