I'm trying to have an excel spreadsheet designed that will allow me to calculate apartment rental increases. I have a word document, but it doesn't allow me to automatically calculate the rent increase. I want the excel spreadsheet to calculate the rent increase based on the percentage that is allowable. Please see the attached word document. I've also attached an excel document that I started but was not able to finish. I would like the name and address to appear at the top and then the introduction to the tenant line will be below. When I calculate the rent by percentage, I want it to automatically calculate the correct rent based on the existing rent and the percentage of increase. The rent will be in one cell. The percentage will be in another cell and the total will be in the final cell.
Please make it look similar to the word document but with automatic calculations for the increase.
