From a UNITY job, you will have to optimize 10 prefabs of trees for VR.
You will need to:
1 - Retrieve the FBXs of the trees, trunks and leaves.
2 - Generate the 3 levels of LODS from BLENDER on your own,
completely forgetting the current def of the FBXs, which is far too high. :
LOD0 - acceptable
LOD1 - middle poly
LOD2 very low poly.
3 - You will reintegrate them into the UNITY project, making sure that the LODS are working correctly:
From 100 to 90% LOD0 - from 90% to 70% LOD1 - from 70% to 40% LOD2... beyond 40% “culled”.
I need an idea of the time, and therefore the price, for this mission.
Access to the MASTER UNITY for this mission will be via VERSION CONTROL (formerly plasticSCM), and you should only act on these elements, without interrupting or destroying the work of the Creative Director.
So you need to know perfectly the version control workflow.
