Project Overview:
We are seeking a freelance web developer to create a fully custom website from scratch for a one-time project. The website will consist of 1-5 pages, designed to effectively showcase our business while providing a seamless user experience. CMS platforms are not preferred; we require a completely bespoke solution.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with us to understand our business goals, branding, and design requirements.
- Design and develop a fully custom, responsive, and user-friendly website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages or frameworks (no CMS platforms).
- Implement features such as a contact form, image gallery, or social media links as needed.
- Optimize the website for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure the website is secure, accessible, and built using modern web standards.
- Assist with deployment, including hosting and domain setup.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in custom web development with a portfolio of similar projects (no CMS-based solutions).
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver a polished final product.
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Deliverables:
- A fully custom-designed and functional website.
- Documentation for basic updates and maintenance.
- All source files and code related to the project.
