Cybersecurity GRC – Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interview Assessments Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC SME to assess and evaluate candidates during the interview process for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles. The SME will conduct technical interviews, assess candidates’ expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, security frameworks, audit processes, and policy development, and provide structured feedback to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews for candidates specializing in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Assess expertise in risk assessment methodologies, security governance models, and compliance management.
- Evaluate hands-on experience with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Review candidates’ knowledge of security policy creation, third-party risk management, and internal/external audit procedures.
- Assess candidates' ability to develop security awareness programs, manage regulatory reporting, and align security practices with business objectives.
Technical & Professional Feedback:
- Provide structured feedback on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer insights on their ability to manage cybersecurity risks, implement compliance programs, and oversee audit processes.
- Recommend suitable candidates based on technical proficiency, risk management expertise, and industry best practices.
Interview Process & Standards:
- Ensure interviews align with industry best practices and cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Maintain a fair, objective, and structured evaluation process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to refine interview criteria as needed.
Hiring & Payment Process:
- All hiring procedures, interview scheduling, and payment transactions will be managed exclusively through the Guru portal.
- Candidates and SMEs must complete all formalities within the Guru platform to ensure transparency, security, and compliance with hiring policies.
