With multiple franchise locations, we are expanding our marketing efforts and need a data-driven professional to help us track and analyze campaign performance across various channels.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Data Analyst to develop and maintain an Airtable-based tracking system that integrates marketing campaign performance with sales data from Pipedrive (CRM) and Lunchbox (POS) across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and providing insights to improve marketing ROI.
Additionally, the dashboard will include placements for training videos, a brand assets index, marketing ambitions, and tools for post-mortem analysis to assess campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage an Airtable database to track marketing campaigns, sales performance, and brand assets.
- Integrate sales and customer data from Lunchbox (POS) and Pipedrive (CRM) to analyze marketing impact.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), sales lift, and conversion rates.
- Pull and analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms, and other marketing sources.
- Automate data entry and reporting using Zapier, APIs, and other tools.
- Develop a centralized repository for training videos and brand assets within Airtable.
- Implement a marketing ambitions tracker with post-mortem analysis tools to evaluate past campaigns and optimize future efforts.
- Generate insights and present findings to the marketing and executive teams.
- Collaborate with franchise locations to ensure accurate data collection.
Qualifications
- Experience with Airtable and database management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM/POS data (Pipedrive, Lunchbox).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (a plus), and reporting tools.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier is a plus.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail marketing analytics is preferred.
