We are seeking proposals from qualified individuals to design and develop a scalable, multi-tenant web-based Health Information Management System (HIMS) that captures and manages patient data. and accessible through the JOEE Solutions website. Each organization will have its own tenant with isolated data and configurations, supporting multiple users per organization. The system will feature offline capabilities, allowing users to undock and continue working when there is no internet access.
Project Overview
The Health Information Management System (HIMS) will serve as a central platform for capturing, storing, and managing patient information such as demographics, medical history, appointments, and medication history, and progress notes. The system must be accessible through the company’s website, allowing healthcare professionals to securely access and manage patient data. It should be built using modern technologies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and should be capable of scaling as patient data grows.
Key Objectives
- Develop a secure web-based Multi-Tenant Health Information Management System accessible via the company website.
- Ensure the system is compliant with healthcare regulations and data protection standards.
- Ensure future scalability to accommodate increasing patient data and users.
- Enable organization-specific tenant setups with data isolation for each organization.
- Support multiple users within each tenant, with user roles and permissions.
- Store data securely in a centralized multi-tenant database with strong security controls.
- Ensure data storage in a secure database with appropriate backup and security measures.
- Provide a feature for users to access the system offline (undocked mode) (Secondary Objective).
- Deliver the fully functional system within 4 months.
