Develop a client facing web application

Hi all,

I have a website : http://yogaamie.com. 
Requirement is to build a new website with the attached phase wise plan. 

The website should have dynamic content update, responsive and everything listed phase 1.

As an end user, I can : 
- Search from various services provided
- book the service
- payment gateway
- profile

as a backend:
- data update
- payment integration
- mail management 
- master data management 
- order management 

tech stack : php ; mysqldb; 

this project will be a long term one where after development, there will be an agreement of monthly support with the team.

Tab 1 : Requirements : 
This lists the various features we are looking for front end and backend along with the phase we are looking for.
Inputs required from your side:
Review the items. Add/suggest anything that can help to make site more efficient
Give an estimate on the duration, development/integration cost
Provide the dependencies on any 3rd party app/platform/tool
Provide the running cost or any other cost that the business needs to take care of.
Tab 2: Payment Integration Workflow
My understanding of how the payment integration should work, cancellation workflow and end user experience 
Review the same and see if the payment integration covers the mentioned points or not
Tab 3: Retreat Onboarding  backend sec
Details of how a retreat (or the wellness service provider would be onboarded).
Review the various data points and let me know the db design you will go for.
My idea would be : 
One Retreat owner 1 <—--> 1..n centers 1<—---> 1..n programs offering 
Tab 4: Retreat single page  frontend
This gives an idea how the retreat data should be displayed to the end users.
We need options to filter down the data based on various criteria. These criteria can be identified during the detailed discussion.
