Looking for a developer/designer to build an amazing Restaurant review website. The site needs to be modern & attractive. Users need to easily be able to view and explore different restaurants/hotels/resorts/activities... etc.
A different page for each topic. People need to be able to easily be able to give a thumbs up or down (one vote per device no log-in needed)... if they've been there. And be able to leave reviews that the sites visitors can see to help guide their decisions. Sign-up/log-in only required to leave a review, and must be extremely easy to do. The data on the site needs to be easy for admin to add, change & update. Site users must be able find restaurants based on their physical location or a location the enter into the site.
The site needs to be fully functional within a maximum of 3 weeks from job acceptance date.
Full payment will be placed into escrow before starting & payed in full upon the completion & delivery of the fully functional site. No upfront payments or payments by milestones will be entertained.
