Hello artists - I'm looking for someone to bring my illustration idea to life.
I'm looking to create a framed picture of a f a family scene that will remind us of the year 2024.
I will provide pictures of me and my family for character reference, and outline the overall scene. You bring your digital artistic skills and your creativity to bring my idea to life! There should be plenty of details, "feature rich", like landmark monuments, possibly people and so on. I will love your artistic contributions - If you think something would make the illustration better, just go ahead and do it!
The final outcome will be printed and framed. Print size 7" x 5", but original should be higher res.
I worked successfully in the past by having a back and forth conversation with artists, so trial and error is expected. But I'm not unreasonable! Not looking to drag this to infinity on the tiniest detail, nor make this difficult. The artists I worked with in the past all expressed their satisfaction in working with me, and I commit to the same.
I want this to be a gift for Christmas, which means it needs to be framed and all that before. Ideally this would be done by early Dec, possibly earlier. Please send me a quote and some examples of your work, mainly illustrations of various characters, possibly a family or gathering, to review. I want cartoonish characters, but not necessarily caricatures. At the same time, characters should be immediately recognizable.
NOTE: Freelance artists as own agents will be given absolute preference. And no AI please - There is a project where AI is perfect, but that this is not that project.
