We are an e-commerce brand looking for someone experienced in scaling Shopify stores through product research, supplier sourcing, marketing, and operations optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dropshipping and digital marketing.
The job includes identifying high-margin products, finding reliable suppliers through platforms like AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping, managing and optimizing Shopify product pages, running ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, or Google, handling customer service and order fulfillment, and analyzing key performance metrics like CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Candidates should have proven experience in dropshipping, knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, and SEO, familiarity with fulfillment tools like Zendrop and DSers, and an analytical approach to problem-solving. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential.
Additional skills such as experience with UGC content creation, AI automation in e-commerce, or a track record of launching winning products will be considered a plus.
