Key Responsibilities:


  1. Embassy Engagement:

    • Identify and establish contact with relevant embassies that can support the case of [Navy Contractor].
    • Develop and maintain strong diplomatic relationships with embassy officials to advocate for the contractor's rights.
  2. Case Presentation:

    • Prepare comprehensive briefs detailing the contractor's case, including the security breach, wrongful termination, and racial discrimination in media coverage.
    • Present the case to embassy officials, emphasizing the legal and ethical implications of the contractor's situation.
  3. Legal and Diplomatic Strategy:

    • Collaborate with legal experts to develop a robust legal strategy for seeking compensation and justice.
    • Advise on diplomatic approaches to address the disparity in media coverage and racial discrimination.
  4. Negotiation and Mediation:

    • Facilitate negotiations between the contractor and relevant U.S. government agencies to reach a fair settlement.
    • Mediate discussions to ensure the contractor's interests are represented and protected throughout the process.
