My server was bricked when an OS upgrade was attempted. The server now runs, due to an OS Reload on a new primary disk with the old disk as a secondary, but none of the MySQL data is accessable and I want to recover it.
It is a virtual server, currently running under Rocky Linux 9.0-64 Minimal for VSI with cPanel for VPS w/RVSkin w/Fantastico Stabl on the new primary disk. The old primary disk, now the secondary disk, was running under an CentOS OS, also with CPanel. I have no reason to believe that the MySQL data on the secondary disk has been compromised in any way - but, of course, I could be wrong. The server is no longer being used.
The procedure outlined at https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/full-disaster-recovery/ has been attempted, but did not work.
I am sure the MySQL data on the secondary disk can be recovered somehow, even if only as a badly formatted text file - or several of them.
I wish to hire a knowledgable person to attempt this feat.
