Excel automation process

Hi,

I need a way to simplify excel process.
Situation: I download excel files from an specific platform, this platform gives me multiple columns but I need to re-organize this information into a new excel template file; other fields must be converted to specific codes and get the file ready into excel XLSX format (normal XLSX no macros).
