I need an excel or database internal company program that allows individuals to input sales data into a pipeline report for that individual. The database will need to allow for each individual to track their own pipeline and then those pipelines will roll up into team pipeline, a regional pipeline, a division pipeline and an entire organization pipeline. I need multiple people to be able to go into the report at the same time and have it update. The categories for each pipeline will include the following:
Prospect Name - Unlocked Field
Relationship Manager - Drop down list of each RM...or if sign on recognizes them auto populates name
Team - Drop Down List - This will roll up into which every group and division etc, if another drop down is needed to differentiate for each then add those also.
Loan Amount - Unlocked Field
Loan Type - drop down list
Fee - unlocked field us dollars
Rate - This will need a drop down for an index and then a margin field unlocked - final rate to add them together
Term - Unlocked Field
Amortization - Unlocked Field
Collateral - Dropdown of selections
LTV - Unlocked field - Number- Percentage
Loan Status - Dropdown of selections - the reports will need to categorize the loans and amounts in each of these categories.
Date of First Contact
HVCRE - Y or N
Collateral Address - (If applicable)
Comments - Small area for a few comments
There will be 150 individuals, about 12 teams, 8 divisions, 4 Groups. There are additional details that I will add but this provides a decent overview. I am open to whatever platform or software will work best to develop this.
