Seeking an experienced web developer to rebuild our website (removed). The goal is a modern, responsive, SEO-optimized site that projects authority and trust for clients, job seekers, and internal hires in the USA.
Scope:
- Redesign and develop a 7-page site: Homepage, For Clients, For Job Seekers, About Us, Careers, Contact, plus global footer.
- Features: Sticky navigation with a job search bar, a dynamic job board with filters, an interactive timeline, a testimonial slider, and secure contact/resume upload forms.
- Integrate trust signals (client logos, certifications) and audience-specific content.
Requirements:
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (Vanilla/jQuery), and responsive design (mobile-first, breakpoints: 480px, 768px, 1024px, 1440px).
- Proficiency with WordPress (custom theme, Elementor) or custom frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React).
- Experience with SEO (meta tags, schema markup), accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and performance optimization (PageSpeed 90+).
