Expert needed to help with KEAP / Infusionsoft CRM


REQUIREMENT: 

Super high level of skill with KEAP CRM, best practice plug-ins and add-ons. 

Please DO NOT reply unless you can demonstrate live, current work and expertise. 

 

We need both

1.    Someone who understands the software and connecting all the pieces

2.    Someone with the skills to enhance the graphics newsletters, emails templates for the new CRM. 

 

We have an experienced website development team for any updates needed to landing pages. 

 

PROJECT:

We have been using Keap.com CRM for 7+ years, and have a very comprehensive:

1.    Drip marketing campaigns

2.    Newsletter emailing

3.    Tag / actions

4.    List of sources

5.    Twilio text integration

6.    Parsey.com / zapier.com

7.    Connections to appointment scheduling, (appointmentcore.com), zoom.com.

8.    Text messaging integration (Twilio)

etc..

 

GOAL:

Add actions, and tags to pipeline stages. 

Upgrade newsletters for long term nurturing of prospects. 

Improve lead handling and nurturing for our sales team.

Set some incoming prospects shared user groups. 

Set auto “user sharing” privileges.   

 

TIMEFRAME:

Less than 30 - 45+- days to complete


COMPENSATION:

Hourly pay in 8 hours allocations. Proven skill within CRM can open to monthly recurring engagement.


COMMUNICATION:

Best for us to Zoom type conference call to discuss goals. 

Skype for quick answers or communication replies in real time. 


ADDITIONAL PLAN: 

Our goal will be to implement a couple other tools to aid in: lead procurement, filtering, and auto engagement. Like to see reporting. We manage multiple franchise brands inside of the same account.

 

WHO WE ARE:

•    We are a franchise development company that works with 6 different franchisors. We gather prospective franchisee buyers through all the normal leads procurement methods:

•    Landing pages

•    Specialized franchise websites

•    Social media

•    Broker leads

•    etc.. (sources) 

 

These leads are then nurtured through marketing campaigns, with downloads, text, email campaigns and calls to actions to schedule calls / webinars. Each brand has its own campaign, but which are built with similar layouts, actions and design to each other. (to simplify updates and effort etc.) 


NOTE: we were planning to switch to HIGH LEVEL CRM but, it's not going well for our sister brand. So, we need to enhance a few items inside KEAP for the next 6 months.
