Fashion Designer for Tech Pack

Hi. I want to create a tech pack for a design. Clothes to be created:

Long Sleeve Shirt with fingerless gloves sewn in
Hoodie with fingerless gloves and mask sewn in
Jacket with hoodie with fingerless gloves sewn in

Fabrics for the 3 above:
T shirt fabric
Workout fabric
Hoodie Fabric

Colors to be determined

I have never created a tech pack so the person I hire has to be a legitimate fashion designer.
