Job Description:As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design and development of a comprehensive payment processing platform that supports merchant services, neobanking, card issuing, and terminal integration. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to ensure seamless integration of payment gateways and third-party services while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a robust payment processing core for merchant services and neobanking.
- Integrate Visa/Mastercard APIs and SDKs for card payments, processing, and related services.
- Develop secure and efficient terminal integrations for point-of-sale systems.
- Design and implement payment gateway solutions that handle high-volume transactions.
- Integrate third-party services for card issuing, banking products, and other fintech services.
- Ensure platform compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Optimize system performance and scalability for real-time transaction processing.
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure secure, high-availability infrastructure.
- Document and maintain code, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for platform enhancements and updates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building payment processing systems, merchant services, or neobanking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Visa/Mastercard APIs and SDKs for payment processing.
- Proven experience with payment gateway development and terminal integrations.
- Expertise in integrating third-party services for card issuing and banking products.
- Experience with PCI compliance and other financial regulations.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of security standards, encryption, and fraud prevention.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering quality, scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) systems.
- Prior work on neo-banking or fintech products with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
- Knowledge of ATM processing and card network integrations.
