Fix email code in PHP - Using Cpanel

Hello,

I need help fixing my email code in PHP with cpanel.

I tried to fix it but most of my email either goes to spam or never gets to the client.

I will give you one page to fix and once that issue is fixed I will copy it to the rest of the pages on my own. 

Please respond with a flat fee cost for fixing this issue.
