Project Description: Dreams 2 Reality Home Buyers, a wholesale real estate company, is seeking a skilled Freelance Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a paid freelance role with a fixed compensation of $750 per closed deal, issued once the assignment fee is received. We are looking for a professional with experience in real estate acquisitions, negotiation, and market research.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze distressed, motivated seller, probate, REO, vacant, and pre-foreclosure properties.
Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property value.
Communicate with property owners to negotiate and secure contracts.
Maintain a database of leads and track progress through the acquisition pipeline.
Work collaboratively with the team to facilitate property acquisitions.
This role does NOT involve posting listings on external websites or evading any platform policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to research and analyze market trends and property values.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Must be able to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
Compensation:
Fixed payment of $750 per closed deal, issued once the assignment fee is received.
