We are seeking a talented freelance graphic artist to create three distinct illustrations, each representing a layer in a conceptual framework. These illustrations will visually explain how BuyFacts addresses uncertainties and doubts for marketers and researchers. The work must be professional and engaging, effectively communicating complex ideas using simple shapes, colors, and minimal text. We will first pay the selected artist to create a series of rough sketches to reflect our needs for the three layers. You should provide an overall estimate based upon the details below and we will adjust based upon the selected sketch. You must have an excellent grasp of language, specifically English, since our work is often conceptual.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Layer 1: Context and Concerns
Description:
- A circular layout representing marketer concerns, grouped by themes such as survey design, actionable insights, and data reliability.
- Total of 8 areas of concern:
- Survey Design (UNCERTAINTY)
- Actionable Insights (DOUBT)
- Data Reliability (UNCERTAINTY)
- Cross-department collaboration (DOUBT)
- Timeline Feasibility (UNCERTAINTY)
- Cost Justification (DOUBT)
- Audience Fit (UNCERTAINTY)
- Reputation Impact (DOUBT)
Visual Elements:
Central circle labeled "Common Research Project Challenges."
Smaller circles for each concern, grouped into thematic clusters of DOUBT and UNCERTAINTY. Make the DOUBT concerns height as if bubbling up on the surface to represent that DOUBTS are more of a threat to getting the research done than Uncertainties.
Arrows extending from the central circle to each cluster. I suggest that outside the circle, we show the External Concerns, and inside, we show the Internal. The second point is that outside the circle, one needs to show those areas of doubt and concern grouped in some way, according to their importance to one of the four areas of marketing responsibility.
Colors: Use yellow for uncertainties and red for doubts.
Shapes: Circles, arrows, and a single central hub.
Layer 2: Solutions Pathway
Description:
A diagram showing how BuyFacts’ offerings resolve the identified concerns from Layer 1.
Solutions aligned with themes such as Persona-Based Audience Targeting, Confidence-Driven Insights Framework, and AI-Powered Data Validation.
- Visual Elements:
- Arrows from concerns in Layer 1 leading to solution nodes grouped by clusters such as:
- Time Savings
- Cost Efficiency
- Data Reliability
Nodes labeled with solutions (e.g., "Persona-Based Audience Targeting").
Colors: Use green for solutions, connecting back to the yellow (uncertainties) and red (doubts).
Shapes: Rectangles and ovals for solution clusters, with directional arrows linking concerns to solutions.
Layer 3: Call to Action (The Funnel)
Description:
A funnel-shaped diagram demonstrating transformation from concerns to resolved success metrics.
Input: Concerns from Layer 1.
Process: BuyFacts offerings and services (solutions from Layer 2).
Output: Business outcomes such as improved ROI, increased trust, and actionable insights.
- Visual Elements:
- Funnel with three segments:
- Top: "Your Concerns" (yellow and red areas from Layer 1).
- Middle: "Our Solutions" (green areas from Layer 2).
- Bottom: "Your Success" (blue for clarity and resolution).
Text labels for key outcomes like "Shortlist Confidence," "Data Accuracy," and "Improved Timelines."
Shapes: A cone for the funnel, directional arrows for flow, and text boxes for outcomes.
DELIVERABLES:
Three distinct illustrations, one for each layer.
Clean, professional designs using specified colors, shapes, and text.
High-resolution files in PNG and editable formats (e.g., AI or PSD).
EXPECTATIONS:
Communicate visually with clarity and simplicity.
Maintain consistency in style across all three illustrations.
Incorporate feedback to refine designs.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Portfolio showcasing similar work.
Proposed timeline for project completion.
A flat rate based upon the agreed initial rough sketch done collaboratively so the level of detail and effort is accurate for costing.
