Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance Research Team for Commercial Banking Services to support our growing client base. As a part of this dynamic freelance team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on the commercial banking sector, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to guide product development and client solutions. Your expertise will play a key role in helping businesses in São Paulo navigate the financial landscape and access tailored banking services that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research on commercial banking services, including loan products, business financing, interest rates, and new market trends.
- Analyze emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide actionable insights.
- Stay informed about economic factors affecting the commercial banking sector in São Paulo and Brazil.
Data Sourcing & Reporting:
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of reliable sources to build comprehensive research reports.
- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and presenting recommendations to senior management or clients.
- Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven insights to guide decision-making for banking services and products.
Business & Product Development Support:
- Work with clients and internal teams to identify banking needs, financing options, and product opportunities.
- Provide research-based recommendations to improve or develop new commercial banking products tailored to the market.
- Offer strategic guidance on the development of loan offerings, banking services, and business solutions.
Client Interaction & Feedback:
- Engage with commercial banking clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on banking services.
- Use client feedback and market research to provide tailored financial solutions and support client satisfaction.
Regulatory & Compliance Insights:
- Monitor financial regulations, policies, and market conditions affecting the commercial banking industry.
- Ensure all research aligns with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in Brazil.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in market research, financial analysis, or commercial banking (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including loans, business financing, and investment solutions.
- Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with financial tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Fluent in Portuguese (native or advanced) and proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present complex data in an accessible manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a freelance researcher or consultant within the financial services or banking sector.
- Knowledge of the São Paulo market, including local economic and business trends.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, or business intelligence tools.
