We're an early-stage startup in the home health space seeking a freelance Technical Lead to architect and build our core product. We're looking for an experienced engineer for a contract project to:
- Lead system architecture design and implementation
- Drive full stack development (frontend, backend, and database)
- Set up and manage basic DevOps infrastructure
- Evaluate and select the optimal tech stack for our project
## Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in full stack development
- Experience architecting scalable systems from the ground up
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to work independently and make key technical decisions
- Passion for solving complex problems in healthcare
## Project Overview:
Our mission is to streamline operations for home health agencies through innovative technology. As the technical lead for this project, you'll have significant input into our technical direction and product development.
