Geoje real estate market research

Hi,

Location: Geoje, South Korea
1. My goal is to own a decent property (either home or coffee shop) in front of "sea" not a lake, where I can go fishing.
2. Walking distance would be great.
3. If a coffee house with 2 floors, I can live on the 2nd while renting out the first floor to someone who can operate it.
4. Home: Just a home in front.
5. Property for auction would be great, too.
