**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns to promote our YouTube videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, YouTube video advertising, and a proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and conversions. This is a freelance/contractor position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a monthly retainer.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a Google Ads strategy to promote our YouTube videos, including video ads, display ads, and search ads.
* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ads, including writing compelling ad copy and selecting relevant targeting options.
* Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, including monitoring and adjusting bids, ad targeting, and ad creative.
* Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend.
* Provide monthly reporting and insights to help inform future campaign optimization and strategy.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure our campaigns are always optimized for maximum performance.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure ad creative and messaging are aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on video advertising and YouTube promotions.
* Proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and conversions through Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend.
* Experience with Google Ads video ad formats, including video ads, display ads, and search ads.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise insights and recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Google Ads certification (Google Ads Fundamentals, Video Ads, and/or Shopping Ads) is a plus.
**Deliverables:**
* Monthly Google Ads campaign setup and management.
* Monthly reporting and insights, including campaign performance data and recommendations for optimization.
* Ongoing campaign optimization and improvement.
**Payment Terms:**
* This is a freelance/contractor position, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a monthly retainer.
* Payment will be made on a monthly basis, upon completion of deliverables and satisfaction of campaign performance goals.
