Google Ads Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our Google Ads campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, retargeting strategies, pixel implementation, and CRM integration to maximize our advertising ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
Create and manage retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and customer retention.
Implement and manage tracking pixels to gather valuable insights and optimize ad performance.
Integrate and manage CRM data to enhance targeting and personalization of ads.
Conduct keyword research and develop effective ad copy to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, retargeting strategies, and pixel implementation.
Experience with CRM systems and integrating CRM data into ad campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
