Full Time Position. Office to be Coimbatore

Location: Initially WFH Remote (India-based) with a new office setup early 2025, with our digital team members, including web and SEO.

We are excited to invite a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role involves hands-on campaign management across diverse sectors, working with one of Australia’s most respected marketing agencies. 
As part of a high-performing team, the Google Ads Specialist will manage multiple accounts, optimise performance, and work collaboratively to drive strong results across campaigns. This position offers the chance to grow in a dynamic environment with support from Australia’s leading marketers.
We are seeking an experienced certified Google Ads Specialist, with skills in  creating campaigns, budget management, optimisations, Shopping/Merchant Centre / Conversion tracking G4, problem solving, reporting etc. 
You will work directly under Head Of Digital with regular communication with multiple staff members across  Australia and India. Written and Spoken English.
Tasks, directives, deadlines will be given for you to action with attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Google Ads Management: Manage up to 20 Google Ads accounts across multiple industries, including account setup, keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing, Reporting, UTM tracking, Analysis, Budget Management. 
  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct detailed keyword research and optimisation, including managing match types and negative keywords, to ensure highly targeted campaigns.
  • Budget and Bid Management: Strategically adjust bids and budgets based on performance data, optimising ad spend across all campaigns. Budget from 400 aud- 50,000 aud per month. Report back to staff if under/overspending. 
  • Ad Copy and Extensions: Create compelling ad copy and leverage ad extensions (e.g., sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets) to maximise engagement and ad relevance.
  • Conversion Tracking & GA4 Management: Implement conversion tracking, manage GA4 integration, and set up data reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and other key performance metrics.Problem solve and ensure most up to date tracking methods are actioned. understand client goals and what is needed to be tracked. 
  • Google Shopping & Merchant Center Management: Oversee Google Shopping campaigns and maintain an optimised product feed in Google Merchant Center.
  • Remarketing and Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies, including remarketing, to reach and engage high-value customer segments.
  • Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimisation: Collaborate with the team to enhance landing pages, improving quality scores, relevance, and conversion rates. ( we have design and web team to execute changes) 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide  weekly updates and detailed monthly campaign performance reports, with insights and recommendations shared with the Head of Digital and wider team.( including clients)

Professional Development Working closely with Australia’s top marketing minds, you’ll gain in-depth experience with best practices and insights from one of Australia’s top large agencies. Additional training will be provided in advanced Google Ads strategies, Monday.com for workflow, and other specialised areas.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Google Ads management across diverse industries, with the ability to manage multiple accounts (up to 20).

Certification: Current Google Ads certifications (mandatory). Shopping | G4 

Technical Proficiency: Solid command of Google Ads, Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Merchant Center, tag manager, data studio and conversion tracking. We work using Monday.com and will training this system. 

  • Communication and Team Collaboration: Clear and prompt communication skills with e collaborating via Teams, Gather, and Monday.com.

Reporting Structure and Team Interaction

  • You will report to the Head of Digital (Australia-based), and collaborate closely with an in-country Concept employee overseeing daily operations and digital associates in India.
  • Weekly Meetings and briefing sessions will be conducted, along with workflow and task updates through Monday.com. Training on Monday.com will be provided for seamless team integration.
