We are seeking an experienced architect to create a ground floor layout for 6 townhouses.The main challenge is to create smart layout, which would be alternative to existing layout, created by designer, we are in dispute with.Size of the land is 15m x 40m. It would have to include 6 x 2 car garage townhouses and space for 2 visitor car park space and have 6m driveway.Draftsman need to know or learn about basic Australian drafting setback rules as well be able to create layout, which would be different enough to avoid IP breach.
I'm not specialist in IP so you would need to be versed in this as well, as we can only accept design, which will be different enough so we can use without breaching previous layout with copyright. I can attach contour to give you more of the idea and limitations of the land. Also we don't need unlimited revisions. If after one or two revisions, you cannot provide design, which would work, we will keep right to cancel project to not waste your time and ours. Just so you understand. Of course can be revisions and we are happy to work to achieve successful result, but if if it doesn't looks like it will work, we would need to cancel
