We're seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Operations to support and run a new division, "Golden Assurance Securities," for our North American company.
Position Details:
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST (Canada), Monday to Saturday (On-call)
Salary: Base rate of $100 CAD/month + $10 CAD for each failed report generated by SAs (potential for high earnings based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and strategically plan operations for Golden Assurance Securities.
Facilitate communication and ensure smooth operational efficiency.
Implement automated systems to streamline processes.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Administrative/Virtual & Executive Assistance and Leadership/Management.
Expertise in delegation and operational management.
Experience with employee management tools like CONNECTEAM, Clockify, etc., is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
