I am looking for an experienced database designer who can build a live database that retrieves information from an external source, allows me to input bespoke data and to have the database accessible live on the front end for customers to use.

The following website is the official website of the British Horse Racing Authority in the United Kingdom. They publish daily results from each meeting across the country which is free to access.

On the view results section I need to capture as much of the information from each racetime page for example in this situation I’ve chosen the 3:58pm.
Everything from here needs to be unique entries in the database so that they can be searched in the front end by users and provide as historic records.
Unique entries would need to be for example;
- Horse,
- Racecourse
- Distance
- Going
- Jockey
- Trainer
- Owner
- Pos
- Distance/Time etc
Bespoke Rating System
I have an industry leading system that analyses performance of racehorses which needs to be incorporate into the database.
The system calculates a number for performances and I need to put that number against every horse in every race, across meetings in the United Kingdom on a daily basis.
Front End
I need this database to be able to work on the front end where I will be looking to charging users for the content.
They should be able to search unique records in the database and find the bespoke ratings for each horse, race, meeting etc.
