Requirements:

Previous experience in HR, recruitment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to identify and attract top talent for various roles
Experience with recruitment tools and job posting platforms
Understanding of remote work dynamics and HR best practices
Experience with tools like Notion, ClickUp, or Google Sheets is a plus
