Seeking a HTML/CSS developer to create a Mexican VISA application form. The form will be then transformedinto a pdf file using HTML2Pdf. We will to the pdf portion, we just need someone to build the HTML form. It has to be identical to the actual sample form provided here.
You cannot use Bootstrap Grids; however, you can use divs with absolute placement. Also dont worry about the background watermark or the images. We will handle those.
