We need to draft Articles of Organization and Incorporation for our business: Peace Global Logistics.
- It has assets all over the world including but not limited to
- UAE - main account receivable
- Georgia
- USA - main assets
- Oman - 2 branches
- and other locations
- Investors are all over the world some living in USA, others in UAE and others in Oman.
- We want such incorporation that legally is binding and saves the percentages and shares of each shareholder legally.
- Plz note that some shareholders due to their nationality who lives in Oman cannot travel to UAE / USA. But have general share in the company which has assets in the mentioned countries.
