Integrate Botsify to social media

Title: Integrating ManyChat/Botsify to Websites and Social Media (Instagram & Facebook)
Description:We need developers to integrate ManyChat or Botsify into the following platforms to automate user interaction and data collection:
· Website: Embed chatbots on our website to collect user information (name, email, problem description, etc.).
· Social Media:
o Instagram DM & Facebook Messenger: Users can directly interact with ManyChat/Botsify through social media and get personalized messages or jump to the website.
o TikTok & YouTube: You cannot directly connect to ManyChat/Botsify, but you need to build a drainage path to guide users to the website for interaction.
· Webhook/API data flow: After the user submits information, the data needs to be transmitted to the CRM or work order system through the Webhook or API.
 
Technical Requirements:
· Familiar with ManyChat/Botsify API configuration and Webhook docking.
· Have development experience in one of JavaScript/Node.js/Python/PHP, and can connect websites and APIs.
· Ability to set up Instagram DM & Facebook Messenger automated messages and connect to chatbots.
· Understand social media drainage strategies and be able to optimize TikTok & YouTube conversion path to website.
· Experience with Webhook/API processing to ensure data transfer to CRM or other databases correctly.
 
Delivery Requirements:

Phase I (3-5 days)

o Select ManyChat or Botsify to complete the initial integration of social media (Instagram & Facebook) and website.
o Ensure that the bot can collect user information and record it in logs or databases.

Phase II (5-7 days)

o Transfer data via Webhook or API to ensure user information is stored correctly.
o Conduct tests to guarantee the integrity of data from website & social media to database.

Phase III (7-10 days)

o Provide traffic drainage strategies to ensure that TikTok & YouTube users can smoothly jump to the website and interact with the bot.
