We're looking for an Internal Sales and Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing
team at HELM (www.helm.ceo)! You'll be working remotely with our client in the supplements
industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and engage with a customer base of 2,000+ accounts to strengthen
relationships and drive sales opportunities.
• Research and identify new customers, focusing on niches like eggshell membranes,
prebiotics, and postbiotics, primarily in the U.S. market.
• Reconnect with under-engaged customers and initiate contact to generate interest.
• Create and manage email campaigns to feed qualified leads to the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to align strategies and maximize customer
engagement.
• Maintain and organize customer data using Salesforce and NetSuite or similar CRM
systems.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience in internal sales
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build relationships and generate
leads
• A bachelor's degree in a science-related field OR other experience related to the
sciences
• Experience with lead generation
• Resourceful, proactive, and results driven.
• A positive and self-motivated attitude.
Location: Remote (contractor basis)
Weekly Hours: 40hrs per week, within 9am to 5pm CST
Equipment: BYO Devices
Pay Range: USD $14 to $20 per hour.
As you demonstrate that you're able to generate viable sales leads (i.e., leads that convert), a
commission formula will be devised. We're eager to share in the upside!
