I am looking to have an irrevocable trust document drafted using the provided specimen document I have uploaded. The only thing that I want the trust to be different is the name of the trustor, name of the trustee, and age of trustor.
Information on the trust:
1.Irrevocable
2.Only one Trustor
3.Insurance Company's name is SILAC Insurance Company®
4.Trustee
- is only able to service the annuity by updating indexes the deposited money is placed into, or able to move the money from one insurance company to another, in the event that a new insurance company has a superior annuity and that any surrender costs outweigh the new annuity company's product offering. The trustee has no responsibility to the move out of existing indexes if the trustee feels the indexes are suitable.
5.The trustor has no access to any of the principals until age 59 1/2.
6.At age 59 1/2, the Annuitant can become the Trustee
7.None individual ownership form must be signed
