1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
a) Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and new opportunities.
b) Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the business development strategy.
2. Lead Generation and Sales Pipeline Management
a) Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients and customers.
b) Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact through to deal closure.
c) Engage with prospective clients via cold calling, emails, meetings, and networking to generate business.
3. Client Relationship Management
a) Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
b) Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery.
4. Proposal Development and Negotiation
a) Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling business proposals, presentations, and bids.
b) Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals and partnerships.
5. Collaboration and Strategy Development
a) To align business development initiatives with marketing campaigns.
b) Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales and business development targets
