We are seeking a dynamic Project and Delivery Manager in the IT sector who is not only adept at project management but also possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and deadlines while infusing an entrepreneurial mindset into team strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, fostering an environment of innovation and initiative.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee their execution with an eye for entrepreneurial opportunities and growth.
Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success, leveraging entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in the IT sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the vision and capability to build and develop your own team.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
