Role Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage job applications and maintain organized documentation of the job search process. This is a remote position requiring excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit job applications on behalf of the client across various job platforms
- Customize cover letters and tailor resumes for specific positions
- Maintain detailed Excel tracking sheet of all applications, including:
- Company name and position
- Application date and status
- Links to job postings
- Follow-up dates
- Communication history
- Provide daily/weekly progress updates
Required Skills:
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication style
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Experience with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Proven track record of professional writing
Strong understanding of application tracking systems (ATS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
