I am seeking an experienced Laravel Developer with strong expertise in Laravel 7 to help continue updates and enhancements for our online job board tailored for field technicians. Our platform connects skilled contractors with job opportunities across the United States, and we need someone who can optimize and expand the platform's features, ensuring it remains robust, secure, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our project team to understand current platform requirements.
- Develop, test, and implement new features and improvements in Laravel 7.
- Optimize platform performance and database interactions for speed and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the codebase, ensuring high quality, readability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to platform users.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to Laravel and web development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Laravel 7 and PHP development.
- Familiarity with job board platforms or similar online marketplaces is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to work independently and deliver updates on time.
- Excellent communication skills for regular updates and collaboration with team members.
