Launch Splaydo email platform - Mail Cow

We’re excited to be launching Splaydo.com — a bold new email and social platform — and we’re looking for an experienced professional to set up our email system using Mailcow and RainLoop.

This is a real opportunity to help build something new from the ground up!
Here’s what we need:

Full installation and configuration of Mailcow on a fresh VPS (Ubuntu 22.04 or Debian 12)
RainLoop (or SnappyMail) installed as the webmail client
Proper SSL (Let's Encrypt) security
Full DNS setup: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and PTR records for strong deliverability
Server hardening with Firewall + Fail2Ban (basic email server protection)
Setup of automated backups
Connect and verify the Splaydo.com domain
Create the first admin mailbox (admin@splaydo.com)
About You:
You have real-world experience setting up Mailcow servers
You know how to optimize for email inbox success (not spam folders!)
You’re fast, reliable, and good at communicating
Bonus if you can recommend future scaling strategies!
Timeline:
Ideally completed within 5–7 days of hire
Budget:
$300–$700, depending on experience and how quickly/cleanly you can deliver.(We reward great work and love building long-term relationships!)
