Job Overview:
I am a coach seeking a dynamic professional to manage my LinkedIn engagement and client meeting setup. My goal is to create meaningful connections with potential clients within a specific niche. I teach a methodology I developed called Neuro Creative Programming, which focuses on the process of creativity. This methodology helps individuals perceive their experiences through sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch, detect relevant information as raw material for ideas, and ultimately connect those ideas to produce innovative, game-changing solutions.
Your Role:
Engage New Connections: You will manage initial engagement with new LinkedIn connections, sending personalized messages to build rapport and identify potential client opportunities.
Leverage Sales Navigator: Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you will identify new prospects aligned with my coaching niche, engage with them meaningfully, and move them toward scheduling a call with me.
Manage and Post Content: I write 2-3 newsletters weekly, which you will be responsible for posting on LinkedIn to drive engagement and showcase my methodology.
Client Interaction Support: As opportunities arise, you will facilitate communication and coordinate meeting schedules with interested prospects, ensuring smooth transitions to meaningful conversations.
Periodic Engagement: You will assist with light engagement on my behalf (e.g., commenting, liking posts) to maintain visibility and foster relationships on LinkedIn.
Expected Engagement:
Currently, I receive 7-10 new LinkedIn connections daily through an external process. Your responsibility will be to respond promptly to each of these new contacts with personalized outreach.
Requirements:
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
Strong written communication skills for personalized messages.
Ability to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects efficiently.
Previous experience in client engagement or business development is preferred.
Proactive approach to managing communication and identifying new opportunities.
