We are seeking a proactive and experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and leverage our LinkedIn network of over 8,000 connections/followers to generate new client leads using tools such as LinkedIn Helper and Cleverly.co.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Manage and optimize our LinkedIn network of 8,000+ connections/followers to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Helper and Cleverly.co to automate and streamline lead generation processes.
  • Create and implement personalized outreach campaigns to connect with target prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Engage with connections through thoughtful and relevant content to build relationships and increase visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategies with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and track progress in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices, tools, and trends to continuously improve lead generation efforts.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation strategies and tools, particularly LinkedIn Helper and Cleverly.co.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithms and best practices for engagement and outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  • Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach to lead generation.
