I am attaching the scope and milestones based on our mutual understanding. Please note the following:
Fixed Cost and Timeline: We require a fixed cost and fixed timeline for the project. If you wish to adjust the timeline or milestones, please feel free to do so; however, the final deadline remains non-negotiable.
Penalty Clause: There will be a penalty clause for any delays in meeting the milestones.
UI/UX Milestone: There will not be a separate milestone for UI/UX design; it will be included as part of the first milestone.
Demo Requirement: You will be required to demonstrate earlier versions of similar software you have developed.
Hiring Timeline: We plan to make a hiring decision within the next 30 days. We kindly request your patience during this period and ask that you refrain from sending follow-up emails every few days.
