The pay:
75 USD per black&white page.
150 USD per colored front/spine/back.
I expect:
20-30 pages a month completed.
A cover, spine and back (colored) completed per month (1).
A willingness to delve into a fantasy world and to inject your own ideas.
Consistency and Continuity in the story.
Your art skills:
To draw traditional manga.
To draw animals and insects
To convey power and spellwork in combat sequences.
To write lettering in English to convey the story and for the cover.
